Returns & Exchanges


We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase; but we understand that there may be some circumstances causing you to have made it this far. If you are here to read the guidelines and learn more information about returns and exchanges please read this page. If you are in fact looking to make a return or exchange please read this page to ensure eligibility for said return/exchange.

Return Guidelines

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date that it was received.
Any Merchandise returned must be in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to deem something as worn or used, if there is any reason to indicate it as so.
We are unable to accept returns on washed, worn, and/or abused items.
We are unable to accept returns on CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, and/or clearance/sale items.
Any items deemed “limited quantity” meaning once gone never again will the item be sold, are also unable to be eligible for returns. Please note that those items will be specified as so.
Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non refundable and is the Customer’s responsibility.
Orders placed with PayPal will have separate credits from orders using credit cards

Exchange Policy

In order to make an exchange for a product we must first receive the original product purchased in the form of a return. Once received you will be contacted by email with directions to receive your replacement product. This process could take up to 30 days depending on shipments and other unaccounted circumstances. In order to get the exchange in a timely manner it is encouraged to ship the “return” promptly, so that upon receiving we may then ship your replacement product.


Refunds will be credited to your account within approximately 21 business days from the date the return is received by TJ Prodigy LLC. The credit may be reflected to your account on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Damaged Goods

Defective and/or damaged merchandise caused by UPS or USPS is not our responsibility. Merchandise is inspected before shipment for the customer’s convenience, though a rarity products may in fact be defective/damaged caused by unforeseen occurrences. For items that are sold on pre-order status, your account will be charged at the time that your order is placed; If the order cannot be fulfilled within a few weeks of the advertised date, your account will be credited in full. If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, your account will be credited in full. Please contact customer service if the credit has not been received. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow the return policy and guidelines.


For any items that sold as part of a “bundle” (products bought in a group package; explained as bundle) , we are unable to accept partial returns of the items in the bundle, except if it is reporting a damaged or defective product. If you wish to make a return, all items included in the bundle must be returned together and must follow our return policy outlined above.

Items Purchased at a Concert/Event

Unfortunately, we currently are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any products or merchandise offered or sold at an event or concert. Purchases made from concerts or events are final. Regardless, we care about your satisfaction and you may contact customer service via email at with details regarding your purchase to see if there are any alternative solutions if your product is defective.
